Return Policy
At Bitz N Pieces Boutique LLC (BNPB LLC) I strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. BNPB LLC also reserves the right to limit and/or refuse to accept a return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
Shipping Policy
- All packages are ship to a physical address ONLY. BNPB LLC does not ship to PO Boxes.
- Packages are ship via USPS First Class and Parcel Mail. Priority Mail when requested at additional cost to customer.
- Packages are shipped Monday - Friday within 48 hours. No Weekend Shipping.
- All items are ship with delivery confirmation.
Returns
- All returns/exchange must be requested within 7 days of receipt of product and requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN). All sales are final after 7 days.
- A RAN form will be email to customer for completion. Please complete form and return with package.
- Authorized returns must be received within 10 days after the RAN is issued. All returns received after 10 days are non-refundable and package will be return to custumer.
- All items MUST be returned in the condition in which it was shipped and received, (all original tags intact and unworn condition) otherwise item will be returned to you, at my cost, and there will be NO refund given.
- All items should be return insured or with delivery confirmation. BNPB LLC is not responsible for items that are lost or damage while in transition back to my warehouse.
- The following items are not returnable: Open/used make-up and beauty aids, sale items, under garments, and holiday items.
Refunds
- Refunds will be process within 72 hours after return of products.
- Refunds are issued in the same manner they were received. Payment by checks and money order will be refunded with a company check. Credit card payments will be refunded to your credit card.
- Shipping charges is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by BNPB LLC. Full refunds will be issued for defected items.
Restocking Fee
- Any packages that are refused or undeliverable are automatically assessed a 35% restocking fee once package is received. Refund will be issue minus restocking fee and cost of shipping. Ex. Purchase total $30 plus $3.50 for shipping. Total purchase cost is $33.50. You will only be refunded $19.50 (this is minus $10.50 for restocking and $3.50 for original shipping)
- All items that are return will be automatically be assessed a 20% restocking fee once package is received. Refund will be issue minus restocking fee and cost of shipping. Ex. Purchase total $30 plus $3.50 for shipping. Total purchase cost is $33.50. You will only be refunded $24.00 (this is minus $6.00 for restocking and $3.50 for original shipping)
